项目背景

Project Background

本案位于辽宁省大连市一处占地60余亩自建庄园独栋别墅，业主为60后企业主，儒雅、温和、淡然，时间和阅历的洗礼让先生对现代事物充满着包容，对传统的观念有着与众不同的解知。建筑面积800平米，2017年接触项目以来，多次定义项目风格-推翻-再定义-再推翻如此反复多次，最后一次沟通确定方向……

This case is located in a self built manor single family villa in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, covering an area of more than 60 mu. The owner is a post-60 business owner. It is elegant, gentle and indifferent. The baptism of time and experience makes Mr. Zhang full of tolerance for modern things and has a unique understanding of traditional concepts. The building area is 800 square meters. Since contacting the project in 2017, the project style has been defined - overturned - redefined - overturned for many times, and the direction has been determined through the last communication

接手项目时建筑基本结构已经完成，问题多多，且除了房间可以重新分割，楼梯并不可改动。楼梯下口正对住户正门，与中国传统风水相悖（此处详情如有兴趣，可私聊）。强行把楼板开了个椭圆形的挑空，下面做了一个方型底座，设计一个盆状装饰品，天上定制流星状的吊灯从二楼流淌而下……黄河之水天上来，水为财，下入聚宝盆，合聚财之势……且聚宝盆呈圆形转运之势，破楼梯正对入户大门的风水问题。

When taking over the project, the basic structure of the building has been completed, there are many problems, and the stairs cannot be changed except that the rooms can be re divided. The lower entrance of the stairs is facing the front door of the residents, which is contrary to Chinese traditional Feng Shui (if you are interested in details here, you can chat privately). The floor is forced to open an oval space, and a square base is made below to design a basin shaped ornament. The meteor shaped chandelier customized from the sky flows down from the second floor... The water of the Yellow River comes up from the sky, water is wealth, and goes down into the cornucopia, which has the potential of gathering wealth... And the cornucopia has the potential of circular transportation, and the broken stairs are facing the Feng Shui problem of the door.

The small-scale space appears expansive and bright, and featuresnatural textures. AD ARCHITECTURE emphasized the interaction between people andspace. The design greatly transformed the existing architectural space andcomposition, to enhance the coordination of spatial structures, materials andcolors, and to create new fluidity between the architecture and the spatialrealm.
